WORT and BEER
In the laboratories of RIBM many analyses of bitter wort and beer in all its production stages are performed. These are analyses both with respect to chemical content, as well as physical character (e.g., viscosity, colloidal stability, foam stability, etc.). Some analyses are analyses commonly used in production, others are highly specialized (e.g., antioxidant capacity of ESR). The analyses named here are commonly available at the Institute. However, high-tech equipment, skills and experience of our employees allow to realize plenty of analyses and tests of non-standard character or those not mentioned above.
- The analyses are performed in Analytical laboratory in Pivovarský ústav Praha (Brewing Institute Prague).
