Brewing water must, besides hygiene regulations, satisfy qualitative parameters with respect to its suitability of usage to prepare given type of beer.

RIBM performs a set of analyses of water parameters significant to brewing or fermentation processes such as, alcality, hardness, content of anions and cations.

The analyses are performed in Analytical laboratory  Pivovarský ústav Praha (Brewing Institute Prague).
