
We are authorized to engage in publishing activities, within the scope of which we publish professional and popular educational publications in the field of brewing and malting. We publish a regular online magazine, thematic anthologies, and specialized books.

The peer-reviewed online journal KVASNÝ PRŮMYSL (eISSN 2570-8619) is published as a separate periodical in English.

The journal is published under the Platinum Open Access regime with a Creative Commons licence. You can read, download and distribute all articles that interest you free of charge without registration. Information for authors can be found here. The journal is indexed in a number of international databases that make it visible to experts around the world, including Web of Science (ESCI), Agris, CAS, CAB Abstracts, DOAJ, EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS) and Hollis.

The printed magazine KVASNÝ (published until 2022)
(MK ČR E 4587, ISSN 2571-3868 (Print)) was a continuation of the historical magazine Kvasný průmysl (Fermentation Industry) and was published in Czech and Slovak. It covered a wide range of topics, including practice, science and research, history, personalities, and events in the field.
