The analytical testing laboratories are accredited by the Czech Accreditation Institute, a public service company.
Scope of accreditation: ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17025 under numbers 1309 and 1309.2.
We also hold a GMP+ certificate for feed safety – specifically for Aflatoxin B1 and pesticides.

We are equipped with two fully automated experimental breweries
(50 L and 2.5–3 hL), enabling the simulation of modern brewing processes, controlled fermentation, filtration, and beer packaging. These facilities provide an ideal environment for testing raw materials, evaluating technologies, and developing new products. Our experts also offer comprehensive technological support across all stages of beer production—from wort optimization and primary fermentation to filtration and packaging processes—including audits as well as sensory and analytical evaluations.

The Microbiology Department offers a wide range of analyses and services. It conducts operational audits and certifies cleaning agents. Comprehensive analyses of beer, raw materials, and production environments are available, including contaminant identification, yeast evaluation, process monitoring, and expert consulting. The department also provides deposition and supply of pure brewing yeast cultures in various forms, tailored to the specific needs of production.

Malting technology

The laboratory micromalting facility at the Malting Institute in Brno is a unique laboratory unit dedicated to research and development of the most suitable malting processes.

Sensory laboratory

The sensory center enables us to host a variety of commercial activities, such as industrial research projects, development and testing of new products, sensory training, consumer panels, and product testing.

We are authorized to issue test reports in accordance with the decree of the Ministry of Justice. Our analyses are recognized by regulatory and hygiene authorities in the Czech Republic and abroad. Test results are provided exclusively to the client.

We carefully protect all confidential information entrusted to us by our clients during the execution of projects.

When required, we enter into non-disclosure agreements with our clients that clearly define how technical and economic information will be handled.
