The library of the Research Institute for Brewing and Malting in Prague is a narrowly specialized technical library oriented on the needs of brewing and malting industry.

The library in Prague has the history long as the Research Institute, which was founded in the autumn of 1887. Technical literature of brewing and malting, gathered and archived by the library, contains some of unique sources of information which cannot be found elsewhere in the Cech Republic. The library in its resources also keeps many historical publications.

The resources of the library are currently not publicly accessible. The library is only accessible to the employees of the Institute. Should a special situation occur, the resources may be used upon an individual agreement.

The library is located at the address Lípová 511/15, Prague 2, the building of the Brewing house, on the 2nd floor, door No 202.
